Here's how to enable cookies if your browser is blocking them:

• Edge Browser

  1. Open Edge browser, select Settings and more in the upper right corner of your browser window.
  2. Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
  3. Select Manage and delete cookies and site data and enable the toggle Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended) to allow all cookies.

• Chrome Browser

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, select More More and then Settings Settings.
  3. Select Privacy and security and then Third-party cookies.
  4. Select an option:
     • Allow third-party cookies.
     • Block third-party cookies in Incognito mode.
     • Block third-party cookies.

• Mozilla Firefox Browser

  1. Click the menu button and select Settings.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel. This is where you can view your settings for Enhanced Tracking Protection, which includes cookies.
     • If Standard is selected, this is the default setting and, except for trackers, all cookies are allowed. For more information, see Trackers and scripts Firefox blocks in Enhanced Tracking Protection and Introducing Total Cookie Protection in Standard Mode.
     • If Strict is selected, either choose Standard or switch to Custom.
     • If Custom is selected, either uncheck Cookies (this will allow all cookies) or select the setting to only block Cross-site tracking cookies, and isolate other cross-site cookies.
  3. Select the Reload All Tabs button (shown when multiple tabs are open) to apply your new setting.

• Safari Browser

  1. Go to the Safari app on your Mac.
  2. Choose Safari > Settings, then click Advanced.
  3. Deselect Block all cookies.
